NIYAZI UNUGUR

Niyazi is the Founder and Director of Black Box Drama School with over 20 years of drama teaching experience. His innovative approach combines improvisation, role play, immersive storytelling, and game-based learning to create engaging and inspiring lessons. Working mainly with children aged 8–16, he helps pupils develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills through fun, imaginative experiences.

RHYS LANAHAN

Rhys is an actor, director, and drama practitioner with a decade of professional experience in theatre, television, and film. Having performed at many leading venues, including the National Theatre, and worked on major film productions, he brings valuable industry experience to our classes. Passionate about making theatre with young people, Rhys inspires pupils to develop confidence, creativity, and a love of performing.

MARIA TRINDADE

Maria has extensive experience working with children and young people, fostering engaging and supportive environments where pupils can grow in confidence and creativity. A trained actor and drama practitioner, she continues to work professionally across theatre and film on projects throughout Europe.
